I am continuously adding more activities to my daily life, dropping 20lbs in a year with the help from this app! I alway tried to get to the gym 3days a week, but now I am taking swing dance lessons, swimming, biking, hiking, going to swing dances, taking yoga, spin class and Zumba each week. I havent went skiing so much since my twenties either!
